The studios are centrally located, with ample parking and local facilities right on the doorstep.
Our beautiful studios and therapy room are available to hire for a range of events,
from courses, workshops & training, to classes, 1:1 & 2:1 sessions, talks, events and photoshoots.
Our recently refurbished studios includes two movement studios (ground and first floor),
and dedicated therapy room (first floor) which is ideal for treatments, and private appointments.
The space invokes a sense of relaxation, rejuvenation and all-round wellbeing – it really is a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of Henfield High Street, which is right on our doorstep. With plenty of parking just moments from the building, alongside a great variety of cafes, shops, and local facilities a short walk away, we simply could not be better located for your Studio Hire!
What’s included for free:
- Pilates/Yoga mats and all small equipment – blocks, softballs, resistance bands, massage balls, foam rollers, hand weights
- Use of our music speakers, aromatherapy burners, and chairs
- Use of our hydraulic couch and bolster (therapy room)
- Online promotional support of your business available to regular hirers
We provide the setting; you just turn up and enjoy your studio hire.
Rates for hire are competitively priced, with discounts available on block bookings for regular hirers.

Are you a current therapist working at the studios?
Book your blocks of therapy room hire below, selecting from the following options:
- ‘Flexi’ 1 hour block – £13.00
- ‘Mini’ 3 hour block – £36.00
- ‘Maxi’ 5 hour block – £52.50
All therapy room hire hours can be booked up to 90 days in advance, and rebooked online with 24 hours notice. All blocks are valid for use from 2 months of date of purchase.
Please note: we work collaboratively with all therapists using our studio spaces. If you are new to Pilates Evolved and haven’t hired from us before, you will need to first get in touch via our contact form so we can have a chat about working together.
